About Myco Powered

Myco Powered wasn’t built from a business plan.
It grew out of a deep love for fungi, a slow-earned respect for their rhythms, and a belief that nature has a lot to offer when we take the time to listen.

This all started when I was just trying to grow my first mushrooms. Back then, I didn’t know what I was doing — and neither did my Reishi. But over time, through a lot of mistakes, trialing, journaling, and learning from each flush, I started to understand. Each species I’ve grown has taught me something — not just about cultivation, but about patience, presence, and working with nature instead of against it.

These days, I run Myco Powered out of southwestern Colorado. I grow almost every mushroom myself — Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Oyster, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps — and turn them into small-batch functional extracts and cultivation supplies. I don’t outsource. I don’t cut corners. And I don’t pretend this is easy work.

Because it’s not. But it’s meaningful.
This is work done with intention — grown clean, extracted with care, and made to support the people who use it.
