Shipping & Returns Policy

At Myco Powered, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies so you can shop with confidence.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
  • Substrate, grain, and agar products are prepared fresh and typically ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Premade Grow Kits require additional processing time and typically ship within 7–14 days. Each kit is started fresh in our facility and shipped partially colonized to ensure a clean, healthy block that’s nearly ready to fruit upon arrival.

  • All other products are prepared to order and will ship within the same timeframe.

Shipping Method & Cost
  • Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S. and are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • Premade Grow Kits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail where appropriate to ensure faster delivery and product freshness.

Billing & Shipping Address Requirement
  • For security, all orders must ship to the billing address on file. If billing and shipping do not match, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Where We Ship
  • We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

We want every experience with Myco Powered to meet your expectations. Our return policies are designed for transparency and fairness.

Made-to-Order Products (Grain & Substrate Bags)
  • To maintain freshness and quality, all grain and substrate products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • However, we guarantee our products are sterile before inoculation. If you experience contamination before use, contact us—we will replace your order promptly.

Premade Grow Kits
  • Premade Grow Kits are prepared fresh and require colonization before shipping. Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on grow kits.

Cultivation Supplies
  • You may return unused cultivation supplies within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Extract Tinctures
  • Due to their nature, all tincture sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at MycoPowered@gmail.com right away. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

How to Request a Return
  1. Email MycoPowered@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damage or defects.
